I feel I have been the same person
for too long now,
every day for the last four weeks
I have, strangely enough, woken up
as myself.
For years,
every single time,
I have had
the habit to show a
a reinvented person
To You. Even if you have not been here.
Your absence doesn't make
a difference. One day,
you will show up unexpectedly,
And I will have to present you
Someone New. So you will see proof
that this is heading
somewhere.
And that things
make sense. This life.
But for the moment
the wheel is not turning.
Now I will have to hide
from you. Wait patiently-
work secretly-
in the dark.
